About Us

I am in a growing group of people on this planet that really care about one-another, and our Earth. A truth seeker for the past 15 years, I quit becoming bored because I turned off the TV, stopped reading newspapers and haven’t looked back.

My children at first didn’t know why we were different, all their friends watched TV and had Internet. We did not, instead we read a lot of books, and on occasion would read to each other. The kids are not happy that we now have internet after they are grown and gone.

Living in a log home in south western Pennsylvania has been interesting to say the least; now I am accustomed to a primitive environment where we still turn out the single light when we leave the room. Log home living may not be for everyone, but finding the right porch chair or swing to sit in while enjoying a beautiful day has it’s rewards. I’ll force myself to endure.

I remember my dad wanting to drive his truck over the road for 50 years but died 2 years short of his goal. Compare that to his best friend who was older then dad. His friend wanted only to quit driving truck and read his favorite books. At (79) dads friend is going strong, he is still reading his favorite book.

There is really no glory in persuing work for setting a record, however there is glory in persuing bliss. I sincerely hope you find what your looking for and should our paths ever cross, I’ll recognize you and you me because we will both be wearing a smile.
